Ray joined the Devin Law Firm in 2007 after a successful 32 year career with Allstate Insurance Co..  While at Allstate, Ray held multiple positions in the Claim Department involving adjusting, management and consulting.  His extensive experience in claim investigations, evaluation, negotiations and litigation are invaluable assets. 

But what distinguishes Ray from his peers is his vast knowledge of how insurance companies operate.  This understanding, along with a sincere desire to help accident victims, will ensure that clients receive both fair treatment and all the “hidden benefits” due to them after an accident. 

Ray knows how to navigate around the complex insurance claim processes and will be the one who deals directly with your insurance adjuster.   Ray will always be easily assessable for clients in answering your questions and providing you with periodic updates on your pending case.  Achieving a high level of client satisfaction will always be Ray’s top priority.

 Ray graduated from the University of Miami and also earned a 2-year Paralegal degree from Central Piedmont Community College.  He earned numerous industry awards and designations during his insurance career.  For 13 years he was an instructor for thousands of students enrolled in insurance pre-licensing courses at CPCC.  He is licensed to adjust claims in North Carolina.  He also enjoys doing charity work for Charlotte-area organizations.
