Luz Ottens joined our firm in 2008 taking on the role as front desk/legal assistant. Her responsibilities include the management of criminal and traffic defense cases, assisting with personal injury and workers' compensation cases and interpreting.  She is fluent in Spanish and English.

She is a native of Puerto Rico and was educated in NYC.  Prior to coming to The Devin Law Firm, P.A. she was employed as an interpreter at a firm in Charlotte and did free lance legal translation jobs in Puerto Rico.  She was an executive assistant for many years before marrying and raising three children.  She was also owner/manager of Castillo del Rio B & B on the upper Delaware River in Pennsylvania.
